Service provider

The operator of the Noramikken.com online shop is Nora Mikken OÜ (registration code 16841150).

Prices

All prices on Noramikken.com are displayed in Euro. Prices include VAT.

Prices of products may change from time to time, for example, during discounts and promotional periods, the price of the product may be different than usual. Once a promotional price campaign is over, the customer has no right to claim that the promotional price of the product is still valid at the time of placing a new order. The goods will be sold to the customer at the price in force at the time of the specific order.

Delivery and delivery time

Orders are shipped from the central warehouse in Tallinn. The order will be delivered within 3-4 working days.

Payment

All payments at Noramikken.com e-shop are processed by Maksekeskus/MakeCommerce.

There are two different ways to pay via the Maksekeskus/MakeCommerce:

1) Visa or MasterCard card

2) Via bank links

To pay by Visa or MasterCard, you must enter your credit card details in the form that opens when you select the Maksekeskus/MakeCommerce payment method.

The selection of bank links will also open when you select the Maksekeskus/MakeCommerce payment method. Maksekeskus/MakeCommerce supports six major Estonian banks - Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, COOP bank, Pocopay.

Product sold out

If, for any reason, our stock is incorrect and the ordered product is not available, we will remove the product from the order, refund the money paid and deliver the remaining products.

Order cancellation

Orders placed through the checkout cannot be cancelled before dispatch. All orders placed through the checkout are automatically processed by our warehouse and dispatched according to the delivery terms. The right of return is, of course, available, please refer to our return conditions.

Terms of the “Buy 3, Pay for 2” Campaign

As part of the campaign, when a customer purchases three participating campaign items, one of them will be free of charge. The discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart, and the free item will be the lowest-priced of the selected items.

The campaign applies only to products marked as part of the campaign and only during the campaign period. Only one discount can be applied per order. This campaign cannot be combined with other discounts, campaigns, or discount codes unless stated otherwise.

If part of an order purchased during the campaign is returned and the order no longer meets the campaign conditions, the refundable amount will be recalculated based on the regular price of the remaining items and the final value of the order.

The organizer reserves the right to clarify the campaign terms if necessary.
