Returns

The exact conditions for returns and exchanges are set out below.

Nora Mikken offers a 14-day return policy. This means that you have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt. To do so, return the returned products by post within 14 days. If you would like an extended right of return for a special reason, please contact our customer service before placing your order.

We will only issue a refund for products that are unused, in a condition that allows us to resell them, and that are returned as a complete set with labels and markings. If the returned product is in such a condition that it cannot be sold as a new product, or if it is not complete, Nora Mikken has the right to claim compensation for the loss of value. At the time of return, the customer is responsible for the products.

If you are returning an entire order, we will refund the full order price plus shipping and handling charges as soon as we have received all the products and the details required to process the refund.

Refunds

We will refund your money within 5 working days from the day the return arrived back to our warehouse. The method of refund depends on how the payment was made:

Bank link: we will refund the money to the bank account you used to make the payment.

Credit/debit card: we will refund the money to the card you used to make the payment.

Exchanges

Nora Mikken does not offer product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a returned product for something else (including another size), you must place a new order. There is no link between an order for a returned product and an order for a new product, and the product ordered will be sold to you at the price in force at the time of the specific order. Delivery terms, returns and exchanges also apply to each order separately.

Terms of the “Buy 3, Pay for 2” Campaign Returns

As part of the campaign, when a customer purchases three participating campaign items, one of them will be free of charge. The discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart, and the free item will be the lowest-priced of the selected items.

If part of an order purchased during the campaign is returned and the order no longer meets the campaign conditions, the refundable amount will be recalculated based on the regular price of the remaining items and the final value of the order.
